1/2 cup uncooked farro1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese1 tsp dried or 1 Tbsp fresh dill1 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice1 Tbsp dijon mustard1 Tbsp olive oil1 clove garlic, minced1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Cook farro according to package instructions. Combine feta, dill, lemon juice, mustard, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper; pour over cooked farro and toss to coat
