Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts cut in bite sized piecesgarlic to tastegrated fresh ginger root to taste4 cups fresh mushrooms sliced2 cups zucchini 1/2 inch slices2 cups parsnips 1/2 inch slices1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce2 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
Directions
Brown chicken in 1T olive oil with a little garlic and ginger. Set aside.
In the same pan brown mushrooms with a little more olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
Add leeks, zucchini, and parsnips and stir fry just until tender but still firm.
Drizzle oyster sauce and teriyaki sauce as you stir
Add Bok Choy just until wilted
