Asparagus & Bacon Fritatta

Ingredients
4 eggs1 tomatoe, chopped1/2 c chopped onions1 cup asparagus, cut into 2" pieces1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated2 svgs of Hormel precooked bacon, chopped1 small garlic cloveSeasoning sea salt and pepper if desired
Directions
Spray skillet with Non stick spray. Put veggies and chopped bacon in skillet and sauté all for about 10 min. Whip 4 eggs. Sprinkle grated cheese over veggie and bacon mixture then pour eggs over the top.

Place skillet into the oven for 15 minutes until set and lightly browned.
