Ham and Cheese Biscuits - reduced fat

Ingredients
7 oz chopped lean ham1 c 2% shredded cheddar3 c Heart Smart Bisquick Mix1.5 c buttermilk (low fat)garlic powder to taste
Directions
Add chopped ham, cheese and the first cup of Bisquick to a bowl. Stir to coat all the ham and cheese. Add the rest of the Bisquick. Add garlic powder to taste, or leave it out. Add buttermilk and mix with a spoon.

Drop by spoonfulls onto a baking sheet or stone. Bake at 425 until golden on bottom and slightly golden on top. About 20 minutes
