Cynthia's thai ginger turkey vegetable soup

Ingredients
ground turkeyonionminced garlicdiced tomatoeszucchini, dicedfrench cut green beansfrozen broccoli cutsfrozen cauliflowerdiced carrotsdiced celerygarbanzo beansolive oilmushroomsswanson thai ginger brothwatersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
brown meat with diced onion and 1 tbsp of olive oil, add diced tomatoes, broth, frozen vegetables, dice squash, celery and carrots and add to soup, Drain green beans, mushrooms, and garbanzo beans, add to soup. add garlic, water and season to taste. cook in slow cooker for approximately four hours.
