Seafood Medley with Zoodles

Ingredients
4 large zuccini1/2 stick buttersaltpepper2 packages frozen pre cooked mussels2 packages frozen pre cooked seafood medleywhite cooking winelemon juice
Directions
For the Zoodles:

Spiralize your zuccini (can also just julienne them)
Set aside

For seafood:
Add butter, white wine, lemon juice and pepper to pan.
Add all seafood.
Sautee until heated through.
Place contents of pan in large serving dish/bowl

Melt 2 tbs of butter in a pan with pepper
Add zoodles, toss in butter until coated and heated through. Be careful not to cook for too long, as they become mushy quickly and release a lot of water. If needed, drain excess water after cooking them.

Combine with seafood and serve.
