Potatoes and Green Beans

Ingredients
2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp dry mustard1 cup chopped onion2 cloves minced garlic1 tsp cumin1 tsp coriander1/4 tsp ginger1/4 tsp turmeric1 1/2 lbs red potatoes cut into 1/2 inch pieces1/2 cup water3/4 tsp salt (optional)8 oz green beans cut into 1 inc pieces1/4 cup cilantro
Directions
heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and saute 2-3 minutes until soft. Stir in mustard, chili powder, garlic, cumin, coriander, ginger and turmeric. Cook mixture for 30 seconds stirring constantly. Stir in Potatoes and cook 2 minutes. Add water and salt*, bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 8 minutes or until potatoes are almost done. Add beans and cover and cook until beans are done to your liking. I cook for about 3 minutes.**
