Cajun Shrimp

Ingredients
2 oz. lime juice16 oz raw shrimp1 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning1/8 tsp garlic powder2 cup sliced bell pepper, cut into 2 inch strips1 C sliced onion, cut into 2 inch stripssalt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Lay large piece of heavy-duty foil on baking sheet and spray with nonstick spray. Place shrimp in large bowl and sprinkle with garlic powder and cajun seasoning. Add veggies and lime juice, toss to coat. Distribute onto the center of the foil, and cover with another large piece of foil. Fold together and seal all four edges of foil pies, forming a well sealed packet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until shrimp are cook through and veggies are tender. Cut packet to release steam before opening entirely.
