Ingredients
*1 med yellow onion, chopped*Knorr Vegetarian Vegetable Bullion Cube , 3 serving Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Potato, raw, 2 cup diced Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped Green Beans (snap), 1 cup primo white kidney beans, 3 cup Pesto Sauce, 1 cup
Directions
bring 6 c of water and veg. bullion to a boil.
Put in onion, celery and carrots. simmer 10 minutes.
Add potato, cabbage and green beans. simmer another 15 minutes.
Add kidney beans and pesto.
Heat and serve.
