Slow-Cooker veggie soup, Italian Style

Ingredients
10 oz package of fresh spinach2 med carrots, sliced2 ribs celery, sliced1 med onion, chopped1 med clove garlic4 cups chicken broth28oz can diced tomatoes2 bay leaves1T basil1t oregano1/2t red pepper flakes, crushed
Directions
Place all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours. Remove bay leaves, stir and serve. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
