Chicken Mozzarella with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
3 lg garlic cloves1 jar (3-4oz) sun-dried tomatoes in oil1 C half and half1 C shredded mozzarella1 lb. pasta1 TB basil1/4 tsp crushed red pepper1/2 C reserved pasta water2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions
Sautee garlic and tomatoes on high heat until tomatoes are charred.
Add half and half and mozz cheese, bring to a boil.
Simmer and stir to form a creamy sauce.
Add cooked chicken.
Add the reserved pasta sauce to a make the cream sauce a desired consistency.
Add spices to taste.
