Mushroom And Balsamic Vinegar Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 5 chestnut mushrooms - 2 garlic cloves - 1 small red chilly - 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp soya sauce - slices of crusty bread (i used baguette)
Directions
Cut the mushrooms in small cubes and finely chop the garlic and chilly then fry them in a little bit of oil. When the mushroom are soft add the balsamic vinegar and soya sauce leaving everything to simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Place the slices of bread on a platter and cover with the mushrooms. You can toast the bread I prefer mine just as it is. Serve immediately!
