Ingredients
1/2 lb lean ground beef1/2 lb italian sausage meat1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese1/2 cup shredded cheddar 2%1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 pepper1/2 onion powder (or i used dried onions)
Directions
mix together all ingredients, bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 22 meatballs - 1 serving is 4 meatballs
