Cake: coconut flour, salt, cinnamon, eggs, baking soda, yogurt, butter, honey, vanilla, Topping: nuts, (I entered 1/2 cup of: almonds, walnuts, pecans), cinnamon, honey, butter
place all cake ingredients in food processor or blender and blend til smooth. Pour into 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
wipe out food processor bowl, place topping ingredients in bowl and process til nuts are coarsely chopped and ingredients bind together. Drop spoonfuls of topping over batter and using butter knife swirl the topping into the top layer of batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes unil golden brown. let cool for 20 minutes. cut and serve. Coffee cake is best served the day it is prepared.
