Herb crackers

1 cup almond flourOnion powder, 0.5 tspGarlic powder, 0.5 tspRosemary, 1 tbspEgg, 10.5 tsp saltblack pepper
Preheat oven 350 F
Combine almond meal, salt, onion and garlic powder, herbs and pepper.
Add egg and combine with fork until it forms a crumbly texture
Gather the dough into a ball, wrap it in a sheet of plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes.
Remove the dough from the fridge place it between two parchment paper and roll it out gently with a rolling pin.
Cut shapes and place shapes on balking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow the crackers to cool before serving.
Serving Size: Makes 48 crackers or 4 ounces

ALILDUCKLING
I like the flavoring, but making 48 crackers out of this was r-e-a-l-l-y hard. Love the smell! Also, these got so thin that the edges burned. Tried again and cooked total of 7 min. Like the low carb emphasis. Hubby felt it has a nice crunch and really liked. Went well with cheese ball. - 12/31/16
