Four Grain Cooked Cereal

Ingredients
1/2 cup wheat flakes1/4 cup pearl barley1/4 cup steal cut oats1 t salt1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Mix the first 4 ingredients and add 3 cups water to soak overnight. In the morning, add the raisins and cook for 30 minutes in a rolling simmer. If the ingredients haven't cooked overnight, allow one hour for cooking.

Yields: 4 1/2 cups
