Ingredients
1 heart of romaine lettuce, chopped1 medium tomato, diced1/2 cup cucumber slices1 medium carrot julienned2 tbsp thin sliced red onion (about 2 slices)
Directions
Chop lettuce, dice tomatoes, slice cucumber, julienne carrots, slice onion and toss all together in large bowl.

Additional items like meats, apples, dressing, cheese, croutons, nuts, seeds, etc are not included in this recipe. Track those items separately.
