Pea, broccoli and apple soup

Ingredients
1 med cooking onion, sliced1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil3 apples500g fresh broccoli, chopped500g frozen peas700 ml stock/waterPepper, to taste
Directions
1. Sweat onion in olive oil for 5 minutes.
2. Add all the other ingredients and simmer for 20 mins
3. Allow to cool, blend, and season to taste
