Ingredients
One frozen dinner roll2 Tbsp Flax seed meal1/4 C Wheat germ2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce, garlic flavored2 Tbsp Romano Cheese, shredded2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
Thaw one frozen dinner roll. Roll it out into a 3 inch circle. Sprinkle flax and wheat germ on the dough and fold in half, rolling and folding until the grains are worked through. Roll dough into a circle about 8 inches in diameter. Place pizza crust on pizza pan. Spread 2 tbsp tomato sauce on dough, sprinkle both cheeses. Bake for approx 12 minutes at 425 degrees. (until dough is golden - don't let top burn!!) Cut in half for 2 servings.
