Spicy Five Spice Chinese Shrimp

Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, devained, and peeled2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp fish sauce2 tbsp rice wine vinegar3 tbsp Third Coast pepper passion jelly2 garlic cloves, minced1 tsp corn starch1 tsp chili lime salt1 tsp Chinese Five Spice
Directions
Add olive oil to a hot pan, add minced garlic and shrimp. Sautee, as shrimp begins to turn pink add all the other ingredients except the cornstarch.
Once the shrimp is mostly pink, move to one side of pan and add the cornstarch to the liquid.
Allow to simmer on low to medium till the sauce thickens and the shrimp is done to your liking. Makes 4 servings
