Cauilflower Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower (medium)2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milkSeasonings if you want!
Directions
cut medium size head of cauliflower into pieces and boil till fork tender. then strain and add cauliflower to food processer and also add almond milk (you can you regular milk, it's different nutritional amount though) and then blend till it's smooth and creamy! Enjoy!!!
