Ingredients
2 oz. of cream cheese2 whole eggs1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon1 tablespoon coconut flour1/2 to 1 packet of stevia
Directions
blend all ingredients in a blender and then pour half of mixture into warmed pan and cook until the down side is brown then flip and cook till brown.
