1/2 cup sugar1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder3 tablespoons cornstarch2 cups nonfat milk1/3 cups chocolate chips1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all dry ingredients. Stir in milk. Cook in microwave until thick and bubbly. Cook an additional 1 minute. Add chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir and pour in individual cups,
