Low Fat Hign Protein Peanut Granola

0.5 cup oats, dry0.5 cup all bran plus cereal30g protein plus peanut flour85g light soy milk0.5tsp vanilla extract1/8 cup raisins1/8 cup almonds1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat the oven.
Make the peanut butter mixture (microwave peanut flour plus soy milk).
Add oats, raisins and almonds to a bowl. Add peanut butter mixture and stir well using your hands.
Press granola on the cooking sheet in a thin layer and bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Bake for additional 12 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Store in a closed container for up to a week.
