2 Cups cooked shredded chicken1/2 Cup Mexican cheese blend (or Mozzarella)1 Avocado, diced2 tablespoons cilantro chopped10 small taco style white corn tortillas 1 Tbs. EVOO
Directions
separate into 10 tortillas and brown each side for 2 minutes.
Serve warm.
