3 Tins of chopped tomatoes1 large onion choppedmixed peppers choppedI tin of chickpeas1 tin of kidney beans3 tablespoons of balsamic vin1 tablespoon of cumin power1 tsp of extra hot chilli1 tablespoon of basil
empty chopped tomatoes into large saucepan and add balsamic vinegar with a bayleaf. Once tomatoes start simmering add onion, peppers and add spices to your taste. Rinse chickpeas and kidneys and add along with vegetable stock to suit your own preference of thickness (I add around 1 litre) and cook for around 40 mins. Once cooled split into 6 portions and freeze
