Deb's Basic Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1 package of lean ground meat (I use 1 610 gr Kirkland Organic Ground Beef 85/15)2 15 oz cans organic tomato sauce1 sweet onion, diced3 or 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced2 tsp or more of Balsamic VinegarSeasons to taste - Italian Seasoning 2-3 tsp, salt, pepper, any additional that you may prefer
Directions
Brown ground beef, breaking up chunks as it cooks.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cook a few minutes.
Add balsamic and seasoning.
Add tomato sauce.
Bring to a boil, then turn down to simmer for another 15 minutes or so.
