Spicy Turkey burgers

Ingredients
12 oz. ground turkey 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp. cumin powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, I egg white[large], 2 Tblsp. salsa. Mix everything in a bowl and make 4 patties and grill on medium. They take approx. 15 to 17 min. depending on how you like them. We serve them with wheat buns and a slice of provolne cheeses on top.

    Fantabulous burgers. We added chipotle chile pepper and extra cayenne pepper as we like spicy! Great tasting burgers will definitely make a part of our regular menu. - 5/24/10
