GF cottage cheese cornbread

Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal1 cup GF oatstsp baking powder3/4 tsp salt1 cup cottage cheese1 egg1 egg white1.5 TB honey1/2 cup milk( 1%)1/2 TB butterdiced jalapeno (candied and fresh)
Directions
bake at 375 for 20 mins

combine dry (flours, baking powder, salt)
combine wet (cottage cheese, eggs, milk, honey, jalapenos, butter)
mix together
