1 cup pineapple chunks1 medium sized apple with skin (sliced)1.5 cup frozen strawberries3/4 or 1 cup chopped spinach1 cup chopped kale2 cups cold water
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until you reach your desired consistency.
