Jonathan's diabetes friendly cabbage dish

Ingredients
One yellow onion, dicedOne head of cabbage, diced1/2 chicken breast, (preferably one cooked and taken from a Costco Chicken or Safeway)a pinch or two of Kosher Salta tbspn of XO Sauce
Directions
Yeah, just cook everything together. You can be fancy about it and sweat the onions first, then add the cabbage until it's reduced a bit, then the other ingredients, but you can also just throw it all together. I'm making this after my first cardio workout, so it's being done quick and dirty.
