Ingredients
banana, one-half medium, Oatmeal, Raw 2 tbsp, Valrhona Cocoa, pure 100%, 2 tbsp Coconut Meat, Shredded, Raw, 2 Tbsptjs frozen mango chunks 1/2 cupSugar, Organics Organic Evaporated Cane Juice Sugar, 1 tsp 1/2 cup whole milk1/2 cup Coconut Water
Directions
add all non liquid ingredients to your Bullet cup, freeze with the cap on until ready to add the liquid and blend.

I vary the fruit, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.
