Lime and Tarragon Chicken

Ingredients
6 C cooked chicken breasts2 T olive oil2 T lime juice2 T white vinegar1/2 t lemon extract1/2 c dry white wine2 t garlic powder1 t onion powder1 t ground ginger1/2 t ground tarragon1 c chicken broth4 T tomato sauce2 chicken bouillon cubes1 t splenda
Directions
Mix lime juice, vinegar, and lemon extract. Marinate chicken in the seasonings, lime juice mixture and wine for at least 1 hour. Saute chicken in olive oil in a 3 quart skillet or soup pot over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer 30 minutes. Serve of no-yolk egg noodles and pair it with a salad or steamed green vegetable.
