Bean and Cheese Quesadillas

Ingredients
4 whole-wheat tortillas (11-inch diameter)1 can (16 oz) fat-free refried beans1 cup reduced -fat shredded four-cheese Mexican blend2 cups shredded lettuce1 cup prepared salsa1/2 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Spread each tortilla with a portion of refried beans and top with 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Fold tortilla in half to create a half moon. Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Working in batches, cook torillas 2 minutes on each side, or until tortillas are lightly browned and cheese has melted. Cut each tortilla into 4 pie-shaped wedges and place on a plate. Top with even portions of shredded lettuce, salsa, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro.
