2 scoops Protein Powder, Jay Robb Whey Protein 1/4 cup, Heavy Whipping Cream 12 oz Cream Cheese 4 large Eggs, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Sour Cream 1 Tsp Pure Almond Extract 1 scoop Collagen Peptides, Vital Proteins 5 drops Stevia Liquid Drops, "Sweet Drops" or your sweetener of choice. 1/2 c Lokanto + a drop or 2 to taste. Or sucra drops. Whatever works for you. Do taste it :-)
Bring ingredients to room temperature. PreHeat oven to 325. Line pyrex pan, pie or rectangle, with parchment paper to alleviate sticking or spray with coconut oil. Put all ingredients in blender, blend. Pour into pan, smooth, place on middle rack and bake for 20 min. SET TIMER. After 20 min drop temp to 200, continue baking 45 min. Refrigerate 4+ hrs before serving.

Thanks. Glad you enjoyed it. I just changed it up a bit and put it in a larger rectangular pan to make cheesecake bars for a road trip.
