Crockpot Spiced Kamut (1/6 recipe, no molasses)

1c dry Bob's Red Mill Kamut1 cinnamon stick4 strips orange zest2 inches fresh ginger, sliced1/2 tsp nutmeg1/8 tsp allspice1/8 ground clovesPinch of salt2 tbsp unsalted butterOptional: 2 tbsp molasses or honey
Directions
Combine all ingredients and let cook in crockpot on low overnight (6-8 hours)
