1 lb. Chicken breast, grilled or cooked in water1 Celery rib, chopped1/4 cup onion, diced8-10 Almonds, chopped1/2 cup Cranraisins1 cup Seedless Grapes, quartered1 tsp. Black Pepper1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes, or Cayenne1 cup, Hellman's Light Mayo
Cook/Grill chicken, dice chicken once cooled. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Chill for 1-2 hours. Serve on bread or Pita.
