10 Cups Organic Rolled Oats1 Cup Slivered Almonds1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds1 Cup Dried Cranberries1 Cup Raisins1/2 Cup Chopped Dates1/2 Cup Dried Blueberries1 Cup Coconut Oil1/4 Cup ground Flax seed1/4 Cup Honey1 Tbs Cinnamon
melt Coconut Oil in large pan
add oats, seeds, nuts, fruit and flax seed
stir till all ingredients are coated well
In separate dish melt honey and cinnamon for 1 min in microwave. poor over oat mixture till all ingredients are coated well.
put in oven on 350 for 10 to 15 min stir every 3 to 5 minutes until well toasted.
let cool completely. store in air tight container. shelf life 30 to 60 days.
