Ingredients
Avocados, California (Haas), 0.25 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)Smoked Salmon (lox), 1 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 2 slice, thin (remove)*Publix Feta reduced Fat Cheese SS. 1oz (28g) about 1/4cup, 1 serving (remove)
Directions
layer all ingredients on 1/2 of the tortilla starting and ending with feta
fold in half
spray pan with cooking spray
place quesadilla in pan set on medium heat
cook each side until golden
