Greek Yogurt Egg Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup simply balanced greek yogurt, nonfat plain1 large egg, hard-boiled and diced1 dill pickle spear, diced1/2 slice of red onion (.36 oz)1 tsp yellow mustard1/8 tsp garlic powder1/8 tsp onion powder1/8 tsp dried dillsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients together in a small bowl and eat as is or in a sandwich. Bread not included in recipe because everyone uses different kinds and I thought that would make it easier to track. :)

Serving Size: Makes enough to fill one sandwich with a little left over.
