Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

2 tablespoons vegetable oil4 (3/4") pork chops2 cloves garlic, minced1 onion, thinly sliced16 oz sauerkraut1 teaspoon caraway seed2 tablespoons apple juice
Brown chops in oil, remove from pan.
Add garlic, onion, sauerkraut, caraway seed, and apple juice. A little salt and pepper too. In the hot skillet. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Lay chops on top of mixture, cover, reduce heat to low and cook 20 minutes, stir occasionally.
