Yummy French Toast

Ingredients
1 loaf of Sara Lee Whole Grain White Bread1.5 cups Egg Substitute.5 cup non fat milk1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. cinnamoncooking spray
Directions
Preheat a griddle(preferably non stick) sprayed with cooking spray. Beat together egg, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Dip both sides of each piece of bread in egg mixture and place on griddle. (add an extra sprinkle of cinnamon if you like it really cinnamony) Brown on one side then flip to brown on the other side.
Top with fresh fruit, fruit spread or sugar free syrup. Enjoy!!
The leftovers can be frozen and reheated in the toaster for a quick breakfast during the week.
