8 slices of bread cut corner to corner3 eggs3 tbsp milk1 tbsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp vanilla
Combine everything, except the bread and oil into a shallow pan. beat until combined. Pre-heat a skillet with oil. Coat bread with egg mixture and cook in pan until golden brown. Serves 8
