Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

2-3 Lb Pork Shoulder1/4 C Dark Brown Sugar1 Tbsp Dried Oregano1 Tsp Cumin1 Tsp Chipotle Powder2 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning1 Red Onion, sliced thin4 Cloves Garlic, whole*1 Tsp Chicken Better Than Bullion*2 C Water* You can substitute 2 C low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth for the 1 Tsp Chicken Better Than Bullion and water.
In a large bowl combine dark brown sugar, oregano, cumin, chipotle powder and Montreal Steak Seasoning.
If there is a netting around the pork remove and discard. Rub the pork liberally with the seasoning mix and set to the side. You could also wrap it and refrigerate it overnight.
Combine the Chicken Better Than Bullion and water until the paste is dissolved. (If you are using chicken or vegetable broth you can bypass this step)
In your crock pot place the sliced onion, whole garlic cloves and broth. Place the pork shoulder on top of the onions and cook on low for 8-10 hours (10 hours is preferred).
Once the pork is finished you can shred with two forks and let it sit in the juices until you are ready to use.
