1 large egg, lightly beaten9 tbsp essential everyday egg whites2 mashed bananas (6.10 oz)1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup water3/4 cup bob's red mill whole wheat pastry flour1 scoop whole foods vanilla soy protein powder1/4 tsp sea salt1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 cup (30g) chopped walnuts
Preheat waffle iron. Whisk together the eggs, bananas, vanilla and water. Add dry ingredients and mix. Spray waffle iron with oil. Spoon batter into the waffle iron and cook until it shuts off (~4 minutes). Repeat the last step until you've used up all the batter and you're good to go!
