2.5 cups of Old Fashioned oats1 cup plain low fat greek yogurt.5 cup of Honey (I use less)2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda2 tbls. ground flax seed (optional)1 tsp vanilla2 ripe bananas
Pulse oats for 2 minutes in food processor (I don't have one so I used my blender on liquify). Then blend the rest of ingrediants together in processor until completely blended. This is where my blender didn't work so well so I used my hand blender in a bowl. Much easier if you have a processor!!
