Chicken Piqunate

Ingredients
1/2 cup Cooking Sherry1/4 cup Soy Sauce1/4 cup Olive Oil2 tbsp Water2 tbsp Brown Sugar (packed)1 tsp Oregano (dried)1 tsp Ground Ginger2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (trimmed)
Directions
Combine all ingredients (excpet chicken) in a baking dish. Stir until combined. Add chicken breasts. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until chicken is done and juices run clear.
