Ingredients
Ingredients:Onions, raw, 3 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper (remove)Garlic, 5 clove (remove)Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)starkist chunk light Tuna in water (3 oz can), 2 serving (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)
Directions
Saute garlic til golden in oil. Add sliced onions. Cook until tender. Add tomatoes and jalepenos. Add tomato paste and 1/2 can of water. Cook 2 minutes. Add tuna and eggs (scrambled). Cook until egg is fully cooked and mixed into casserole.
