Oranges, 1 large (3-1/16" dia) Apple, Gala (medium), 1 serving Grapes - red or green - 1 cup, 1 cup Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of half a lemon
Chop all ingredients to desired size, mix in a bowl and toss with lemon juice.
The lemon juice will allow you to keep the salad in the fridge for awhile.
