Harvest Chicken

Ingredients
1 rotisserie chicken- shredded (can sub for two shredded chicken breasts)1 can cream of mushroom soup1 box of Stove Top Stuffing- I like to use the turkey flavored kind3-4 slices Swiss cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix stuffing mix with 1 and 1/4 cups hot water, set aside. Lightly grease a small casserole dish (I use an 8x8), then put the shredded chicken in the bottom of the dish in an even layer. Spread 1/2 of cream of mushroom soup on top of the chicken. Evenly spread the prepared Stove top stuffing mix over chicken layers, then spread the rest of the mushroom soup over the stuffing. Top one layer of Swiss cheese. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes. If a crunchier texture is desired broil at the end for 2 minutes.
